Sending a unit back for service & repair:

Service & Repair Form – Please fill out this form and place inside the box with the system being sent for repair.

Newman Medical does not require an RMA to return a system for service. If, however, your processes require one, please call and we will be happy to issue one.

You are responsible for shipping the system back to Newman Medical. We will cover shipping back to the customer. Return systems to:
