Maximum Vascular Coverage

4-Cuff with Toe Exam

The most comprehensive non-invasive lower extremity vascular study — four segmental pressure levels plus toe pressures, covering the full arterial tree from the aortoiliac segment to the digital vessels.

Head-to-Toe Arterial Assessment

For the highest-risk and most complex vascular patients, the 4-cuff with Toe exam provides complete coverage of the lower extremity arterial tree. Four segmental pressure levels localize proximal and mid-level occlusions. Toe pressures assess distal and microvascular circulation.

This is particularly valuable for diabetic patients with multi-level disease, wound care cases requiring both localization and healing potential assessment, and pre-amputation patients where the level determination affects surgical planning.

How It Works

Combines the full 4-cuff segmental protocol with simultaneous digit cuff and PPG probe measurement at the toes.

1

Apply 4-Level + Digit Cuffs

Four bilateral segmental cuffs placed at high thigh, low thigh, calf, and ankle. Digit cuffs and PPG probe at both great toes.

2

Full Bilateral Acquisition

Pressures and PVR waveforms captured at all four segmental levels. Toe pressures recorded via PPG photoplethysmography.

3

Complete Vascular Map

Report combines four-level pressure gradient analysis with TBI, delivering a complete picture from proximal to distal.
