How to Trade In Your Old Doppler for a DigiDop Rebate

Our streamlined process ensures your clinic gets its rebate as quickly as possible:

1. Purchase: Buy your new DigiDop from your preferred medical equipment dealer.

2. Complete Form: Fill out the online trade-in form located at the bottom of this page.

3. Print Confirmation: After submitting, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Print this page to include with your shipment and keep a copy for your records.

4. Ship: Send your old Doppler and the printed form to our Arvada, CO headquarters using your preferred carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS):
